When I first opened superblue.com, I thought the visuals were really pretty, lots of bright colors and big, eye-catching images. But after clicking around for a bit, I started feeling a little unsure if I was following everything correctly. It’s not a bad site at all, and maybe I just expected more of a wow moment, but it felt a bit busy to me. I kept wanting a little more guidance or reassurance about where to look next.

I booked my tickets on superblue.com it was really straightforward. The available times were easy to see, checkout didn’t take long, and the confirmation email showed up almost immediately. No confusion or anything, which was nice... just a smooth process overall

I liked the place overall, it has a cool vibe, and I can see why people enjoy it. That said, I’m personally not great with long waits, so waiting longer than expected definitely put a damper on the experience for me

I went to Superblue and, to be fair, it was nice overall. Some of the rooms were genuinely fun and looked amazing, so yes, I did enjoy parts of it, credit where it’s due.

That said, for the ticket price, I guess I was silly enough to expect a bit more time inside or maybe just more to actually see. We got through it way faster than I thought, which was... definitely a choice.
It wasn’t bad at all, just maybe not the best value for money unless you really love paying premium prices for a fairly quick visit. Worth doing once, probably, but I wouldn’t exactly clear my schedule to go back.

I can’t say I didn’t have a good time, it was super immersive and impressive. That said, it did feel a bit overwhelming at times, and it’s not exactly cheap either...

The place felt really clean and well taken care of. Everything worked like it should when we visited, which made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. You can tell they do a good job keeping things in good shape

I went to superblue the lighting was way better than I expected. It was bright enough to enjoy everything without being harsh on my eyes, which I really appreciated. The sound was also balanced nicely, not too loud or irritating at all. I usually get tired quickly in places like this, but I actually felt relaxed the whole time. Overall it was a great visit and I’d go again, though I’m still expecting an apology for the part of the experience that didn’t go as smoothly as it should have

I had to move my reservation at the last minute, i was expecting it to be a whole thing like it usually is with these systems. But it was actually super easy and no one made it difficult. Really appreciated that, thanks

I had to reach out to customer service about my order, it took a bit longer than I expected to hear back. They did eventually help me out, but I had to follow up once to get things moving. Not the worst experience, but not exactly great either. Just kind of average for me :/

I went with my wife and our two kids, we all had a really good time. It’s easy to walk around, the staff are friendly, and you don’t have to worry about the kids getting bored because there’s enough to keep them happy. Definitely a great place to go with family

I went to Superblue kind of on a whim, some of the interactive rooms were really fun right away. I definitely had a few “oh wait, that’s cool” moments and it’s great for taking pictures. That said, a couple areas felt crowded, and there were times where I wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to do next. Some effects were awesome, but others were over so fast that I was like, “That’s it?” Overall, I’m glad I checked it out, but for the price, I thought it would feel a little more impressive

I assumed canceling last minute was going to be a pain. Quick snap judgment on my part, because support got back to me fast and handled the refund without any awkward back-and-forth. It took a few days to land back in my account, but no complaints.

I had a good time overall. A lot of the exhibits looked really impressive, and I found myself mostly paying attention to the ones with the best visuals or little details that caught my eye. A few rooms did start to feel kind of similar after a while, but the stronger displays made the visit worth it.

The staff was super nice and helpful. I think I just came in at a bad time, so things felt a little rushed, but everyone was still really friendly...

Overall, the site was fine and I was able to find the info I needed without too much trouble. The booking part threw me off a bit though, like I had to double-check what I was clicking more than once. Not a huge deal, just not as smooth as it could be. Weirdly, I remember there was a tiny loading icon that looked like it was spinning forever, even though it only lasted a few seconds.

It made the whole visit feel way more relaxed and easy to enjoy. Messy, crowded-feeling spaces can be such an avoidable thing, so I appreciated that the staff seemed on top of it. I’d definitely go again.

I went with friends and we ended up getting a ton of really fun pics. The lights and different rooms look so good on camera, and I kind of regret not taking more time in a few spots because they were perfect for photos. Some areas were busy, but it was still worth it. Definitely a good place to go if you like taking pictures.
